PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!
- Prices and Terms of Service might change over time.
- By ordering my commission, you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.GENERAL
- Payment via Paypal for USD and Local Bank (BCA) for IDR transactions. My IDR rate is USD price x10k IDR.
- The price stated is the base price. Depending on the complexity of your character, there might be extra charge. Adding objects or complex designs will have extra charge starting from 5 USD.
- I will only take characters that has clear visual reference. Characters with only text reference (need designing) will be charged with additional fee.
- Price stated are for personal use only. Commissioned piece for commercial use (streaming / content use / merchandise / ads / print) will cost x2.5 from charged price.
- I CAN'T DO: NSFW; nudity (slight gore is ok tho!), elderly, extremely muscular characters, mecha / heavy armors, furry / creatures.
- I have the right to decline your order if I feel incapable of doing it.
- The finished piece will be sent through email.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- Full payment is done after the sketch is approved.
- Commission can’t be refunded after I started working on the commission.
- You can only request a refund if I did not finish the commissioned piece within 3 months after I started working on the commission. This does not apply if the delay is caused by an uncontactable client.REVISIONS
- I will only do max 3x revisions, there will be extra charge beyond that.
- Major revisions are only allowed in the sketch phase.
- I will first let you know if any revision requires additional fees before making any changes to the commissioned piece.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Depending on my RL situations, queue, and the complexity of the commissioned piece, I usually took between a week or 3 weeks to complete a commission.
- Please consult first if you want the commission to be completed within a certain deadline.
- Extra charges will apply for deadlines with less than a month.USE
- Using any of my art for non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
- Feeding any of my art to AI is strictly prohibited.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Credits of the commissioned piece still belongs to me. Please credit my art to my twitter @Ma_R0EN
- I have the right to use the commissioned piece as future sample / portfolio (with credit, watermarked and low resolution) unless it's requested not to beforehand.
- You are only allowed to post and use your commissioned piece anywhere in accordance to your submitted Ordering Form.COMMUNICATION
- Don't hesitate to ask me if you have any questions regarding the commission.
- I will regularly update my commission progress in my Trello and notify you if there are any delays.
- Waiting list confirmation without reply from a client within a week will be considered cancelled and removed from the list.
